Skip to the end for my Oppocalypse thoughts.
I go absolutely bonkers for Olympic gymnastics. I actually enjoy men’s over women’s; I completely go maximum bro-douche when I watch rings and high bar. I’m on my feet, screaming at the TV, and the Olympics make me super patriotic, too. Still, I cheer for any athlete who displays world-class greatness.
I’ve bro’d out three nights in a row, and I’ll be just as intense tomorrow night for women’s all around (Raismann forever, but go USA in general, so woooooo Biles!). I imagine I’ll have to call in sick Friday to sleep for three days straight after that.
I’m on the FB group, but I’m not much of a FB person; I joined Reddit last night just to hopefully keep up with all of you. I’ve only been an active poster for just under a year, but I’ve been a reader for a while...and I love this community. It’s heart-breaking to think that this current incarnation will cease to exist. Love you peeps. All of you, regardless of race, religion, gender, or viewpoint, all of which are many and varied. Whether or not you choose to believe in Him (which is absolutely your inalienable right as a free-willed human being), I pray God keep you and bless you.
